Refund policy

For in store purchases, you have 14 days to return the product. Just simply bring it back to the spa location for a refund or replacement. Reminder, the products that you would like to return need to be unopened, not damaged, in it’s original packaging and you need a receipt of the transaction. The return fee will go to the original form of payment.

For online purchases please email us as soon as you receive your package. If the item, you have purchased arrived damaged and you reported the issues to Atelier Beaute within 1 day form the delivery date we will be responsible for return shipping costs.

On a preference-based return, customer would be responsible for the fee of the return shipping label. Return/exchange can be done at Atelier Beaute spa location so the shipping cost would be avoided.
