Shipping policy

All orders purchased from Monday through Friday before 12 pm EST with the processed payment, will be shipped out the same business day. If the product is out of stock or on backorder we will contact you right way to inform you on the estimated delivery.

Delivery date may vary on delivery location, time and day of the week the order was placed, method of delivery, and the items that have been purchased. Atelier Beaute Is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or shipper related issues. We strongly suggest to purchase in insurance at checkout to protect your package and being able to track it.

If you choose not to purchase a package protection plan, please be aware that Atelier Beaute is not responsible for lost or damaged orders.
