How to Use

Take 1 capsule per day. For optimal results, we advise you to take Helios3, 1 month before exposure to the sun then throughout the period of exposure and up to one month after.


PRECAUTIONS FOR USE: Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. It should not be used as a substitute for varied and balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of young children.
